the staff were friendly and helpful especially with luggage since ground floor rooms were unavailable i found this thoughtful the food preparation was good and tasty the room was immaculate this made my visit more relaxing i appreciated the attention to detail
the room felt a bit small a single chair was provided for two people needing seating this was a minor inconvenience

Breakfast was good. the staff were efficient. The hotel location is great with views out to the islands. I enjoyed the restaurant. It offered a varied menu at reasonable prices.
The room was not cleaned . Bins were not emptied. It was disappointing. The hotel car park can be tricky. Parking availability depends on occupancy. I found the music choice at the bar odd.
